Seven Steps to live healthy Life

Health in today’s world is a big issue for many of us. This problem arises due to multiple factors. I will describe them briefly so you will get to the main issue that why health problem arises in emerging world. The following factors which affect our health are as follows:


The Technology Factor

Basically we are now moving in technology world. We all have internet connection and mobile phone with us. This is affecting our lives to great extent because our works are now remotely based. We don’t have to go to outside our income comes to us in many ways. From YouTube earning to freelancing we all love to work from home in our comfort zone. So, no one wants to work outside because they want to spend their times with family and social media. This creates physical communication gap. So, in my view technology is the factor which affects our physical health to great extent.

The Money Factor

We all know that salary is not much more in any company compared to online earning. If you are having your own setup you can earn great. As everyone loves money they go for passive earning. So they find ease of life and now they have bundles of money but they lost their health because of sitting in one place all the day and not going outside of home. So, I would say money is also the factor which affect our lives and create health issues in us.

The Depression/ anxiety Factor

As I discussed in the above mentioned paragraph that money is the factor again I will say money create great anxiety and depression in us. The person who don’t have the money he want to earn little money, but the one who have a lot of money he want to maximize his wealth (money) to unlimited resources. He run for the money which creates his mind sick and he get depressed because of working a lot than his body and mind. So money creates depression and depression lead to health issues. You can disagree to my point of view but this is my point of view. No matter what other thinks I will say whatever I believe.

The Food Factor

We have lot of restaurant and hotels but do you know what type of food ingredient they are using. Of-course they will buy cheapest ingredient and play with your health. We all want to eat from outside because we don’t have the time to cook food for ourselves and our family. The cooking oil is the main factor which creates health issue because cooking oils in hotels are used from several weeks.

Now most people will say that we buy branded food. But let see the branded food are mostly fast-food which again is another factor of weight gain and increases cholesterol. So, to avoid health issues one must cook the meal in home which is pure and hygiene.

The Social media Factor

As I discussed earlier that technology factor create health issues but I will also highlight and link the technology factor with the use of social media factor. As the people from the past visit a lot to their relative house for meet up but now people do video call to meet which is another factor of health issue. If you are not meeting your relative and do not socialize physically it will create gap between us and relatives and we on the other hand have to take care of our relatives so we should perform and join our family function. It will create love between us and our relatives if we physically visit them.

Tips to maintain healthy and fit lifestyle

In the world, where there is problem there are also its solutions. In the above step I have highlighted the health problems. Now I will highlight its solutions.

       I.          Do regular exercise and go for walk or gym.

     II.          Eat healthy food and avoid fast food.

    III.          Use less mobile and do more physical activities.

   IV.          Pray to God that you have got precious life.

     V.          Meet up your relatives and share your problems with them.

   VI.          Help peoples if you will be the person who will be happy for others then you will get happiness and your health will boost and you will live a healthy life.
