How to live happy Life
We need to relax our brain for living happier life. There are
both negative and positive feelings in our brain. They both work
simultaneously, one after another.
“Happiness is any
state or feeling in which one is fully satisfied with what he have and he is
thankful for everything he have”
Now we need to know the reasons to make ourselves happy. Here are the top 10 factors for living happy life.
1. How you will develop positive thinking in yourself
we need to make our thinking positive. For example negative
thinking would be if a person have a half glass of water and he want to
describe that glass of water he would say that he have half empty glass of
water, this is because he only sees the negative aspects of life.
Similarly a positive thinking mind would say that he have
half full glass of water, this is because he is seeing the half glass of water
as an opportunity so he focuses on opportunities.
Positive thinking can be developed by regular practice. We
need to look at everything around us in positive thinking manners. For that we
need to practice two month continuously thinking positive by finding positive
aspects around us. For example, Rain sometimes make our roads, street dirty but
we need to see the positive aspects of rain i.e. rain water is good for crops.
After practicing for two months, I am sure you will develop
positive thinking in yourself. Once you have developed positive feelings in
yourself you will get happier by the time for your whole life.

Choose work life Balance
Success lies in earning livelihood for yourself and your
families. We need to consider our working hours and should make our schedule to
make times for everything.
Working all day can create stress in our mind, so we need to
spend some of our times with friends& families for relaxing our mind.

We need to celebrate our achievements by going to
shopping malls, restaurant or parks etc. If we consider our achievement great
things in our life, we will get greater thing to happen in our life. Life has

Creativity is not a short-term it is used for wider
term. By the term- creativity we mean to do anything which makes foster results

week, we would get happiness in life.

We need to know that we can’t be perfectionist.
Everything can’t be done by perfectionism. We need to accept that our life
sometime may be imperfection and this is actually the beauty of life. Imperfection
should be accepted by us to lead happier life.
6. Productivity
Do what you want to make you happy but that need to be
productive. Productivity can boost our mental level if we select best career
option for ourselves. Selecting our favorite career can make our life happy because
we can enjoy every moment in our career and can make productive things in our
careers.
7. Live in Present
Some people live in the past and they get depressed by
remembering unlawful events done to them in the past. They always remember
their unlawful events and make themselves sad all the time and they also
spoiled their present & future.
One should forget those unlawful past events and enjoy
their present life and should do best things for their future. Living in
present will eliminate past depression and ultimately lead a happy life.
8. Meditation & Exercises
A meditation relaxes your mind while exercise relaxes
your body. Both need to be done every day, for relaxations of mind & body.
Meditation and exercises boost our physical and mental health and make us relax
and give us positive energy for longer period of time.
9. Help others
By helping others through your money, opinions & physical
health can make other happy. If they become happy they will pray for you, and
then you will be happy for long-term. So, if you give your helping hand to
others in time of need, ultimately someone will give you helping hand in you
bad time. This world is all give and take. What you give to other will come
back to you in the same state or other state.

Travel to your favorite places will make you stress
level diminish. There are various places where one should visit to relax mind.
Traveling is the best option to keep your happy and prosperous. In traveling
you meet with the new peoples and you start conversation with them which make
both of you familiar with each other. You discover various places in traveling
and enjoy your life by seeing the best places.
You enjoy the nature by visiting to various places and
spend your times in most beautiful places. This is human nature that when they
see beautiful places they get up-sited and happy and they forget their stress
and tensions.
